Work Experience/Placement/Shadowing

Our Programs

Work Experience/Placement

Work Experience/Placement/Shadowing – These programmes are designed to provide practical opportunities for individuals to gain experience required to achieve their career goals. The foundation prepares mentees with practical tips and knowledge before placing them in work placement opportunities. The primary focus of the foundation is its work placement/experience scheme, which allows mentees to acquire skills, knowledge, and experience from an organisation within a short period. Work placements can help individuals make new contacts, learn new skills, or demonstrate their abilities to potential employers. Interested individuals or organisations willing to offer placements are encouraged to register by clicking the button below.

Work Shadowing

The foundation also offers work shadowing opportunities where mentees observe someone in a real work environment. If a work placement is not feasible, work shadowing serves as an alternative. This programme can last from one day to a week, allowing members to learn from mentors, role models, or experienced professionals in action. Observing someone in a live work setting can provide valuable insight and support informed decision-making. Those interested in participating as coaches or learners in the coaching programme are invited to register by clicking the button below.
