Work Shadowing

We allow our members to shadow someone in a natural work setting. Where work placement may not work, we will work to provide work shadowing opportunities. Our work shadowing lasts anything from a day to an entire week, given our members the chance to see their mentors, role models, or experienced individuals in action. Sometimes, the opportunity to observe someone in a live-work setting helps to give a better perspective and inform good decision making.
