Abigail Welbeck

Abigail Welbeck is an Occupational and Organizational Psychologist and also a seasoned Career and Professional Development Coach. She is currently the Director of Career Services in Ashesi University where she has worked for almost 11 years. Her role in Ashesi University has seen significant increase in reported success of graduate career trajectories, a graduate placement record of 90% and above post-graduation, a significant enhancement of the career curriculum, an increase in employer engagement and innovation in programming around student events and initiatives.
